All products are normally shipped out in a period of 24 to 48 business hours. In case an item is on backorder, you will be contacted via email or telephone by one of our customer service representative to inform you about the new lead time.

In case you need to return any item, please contact us for a RMA (Return Material Authorizathion) on the first 30 days from the date of purchasing.

All sells are final! Returns will be only accepted because manufactured problems, or errors on your order. D & C Deals, LLC's customer service will inform you if item need to be send back to us or manufacturer. We don't offer any refund on shipping fees. You are responsable for shipping the items back. D & C Deals, LLC will only pay for the shipping charges if you received the wrong item due our fault.

For new items, warranty is cover by manufacture.

For refurbished or used items warranty is 12 months to end users or 90 day to resellers.
